Today I was SWAMPED so bloggy friends I am gonna share a blast from the past.. tomorrow will have some FUN new stuff... Quick gift bags for today!!

I plan to make up more of these this year.. quick fun, and cute.. little bags.. Perfect size to fit a small gift in, some candy and a gift card! :) I got these at Michaels!

The snowflake one I ran through my sizzix with an embossing folder, made a tag.. added a bow and snowflake button! The tree one was again ran in my sizzix using an embossing folder, added my tree image tag on the front.. stamped sentiment, and a bow.. and your READY.. seriously 10 minutes each! Gotta LOVE that!! :)

Day 3 of the 12 Days of Xmas!

HAPPY FRIDAY!! Today I am here to share my Day 3 of the 12 Days of Christmas shares we are having over at the PTI boards!! You can find the thread HERE of all ideas and links!

Today I have a cute quick gift.. Snowman Soup! I have always wanted to make these up.. I think they are such a FUN idea.. so today I did! :) You cant tell but IRL it is glittery.. Used my spicas, and added a glitter snowflake I made up! I hope the girls like them...
Inside is a packet of cocoa, Hershey kisses, candy cane.. and those are SNOWMAN marshmallows I found at Target I believe.. I thought they would be PREFECT for the snowman soup! so I bought 4 bags! :)

Thursdays Share!! (Day 2)

So today I have 2 gift card holders for ya! :)

For both I used different sets of Nestabilities.. this first one I THINK I am gonna make up for Justins teachers, BUT he has to approve.. he wants NO GIRLY feel to them... SIGH.. so that means no SPARKLE or BLING (and that is HARD for me! ) I think they will pass his 14 year old 8th grade test! HA HA!!! :)
This one is in one piece.. I just folded my CS, and didnt place the die fully on it, so it would open like a card...

This next one.. well it has some glitter.. on the star.. I made the stars up with some of my YUMMY Martha Stewart White Gold Glitter- I LOVE them.. more will be coming! :)
This one I cut 2 of , and just scored so it would open nicely!

So how about another FUN pretzel recipe! The kiddos and I LOVE to make these.. so fast and easy again, and for the price of the dipped ones in stores you could make about 200! No KIDDING!!
I just use Milk Choc. and White Choc. Chips, melted.. then dip.. add sprinkles.. or my personal FAVORITE.. CRUSHED CANDY CANE!! Easy Peasy and sooo YUMMY!!! :)

Happy December! and A Festive Little Share!!

HAPPY DECEMBER! (can you BELIEVE that! Time is FLYING by me!!)

So today I have a fun share for you.. I LOVE the 12 days of xmas ideas out there... crafts, stamping, baking - I am sure you get all the emails daily! LOVE them!).. Michelle and Melissa are doing a FUN one.. and you know I LOVE those PTI girls! SOOO I got the idea to ask on the boards if anyone wanted to join along.. and guess what they did!! (Day 1 can be found HERE!)

So today starts our Day 1 of the 12 days of xmas shares (I will have more.. maybe I can talk them into more too! HA!)- Also gonna enter this in some challenges!! (which was my goal in 2010.. more challenges...and GASP 2010 is almost done.. I better get busy on that! ;) )
This fun box is PERFECT size for some candy and a gift card! :) or a little homemade goodie!

I also LOVE recipes.. so while I havent started my baking yet, and I thought it was a GREAT idea Michelle and Melissa were sharing a recipe a day too.. I thought I would add that on to my post! These are some of our FAVORITES to make.. HERE is the recipe! (it says 20.. UM lets just say I can eat that many myself.. we usually TRIPLE it.. and still make 2 batches.. they are that yummy and EASY.. the kids LOVE to help make them! )

Today he gets to stay home from school (ok it is a snow day.. BUT he would have got to SKIP anyway..) for his birthday Mom and Me day! I so LOVE those days.. just the birthday kiddo and me... today maybe a bit different as we are ALL home.. but I am SURE it will be fun! and tonite... a Macaroni Grill Knock Off Ravioli dinner! YUM!

Happy SNOWY Sunday!

I am back! It was a LONG week.. My hubby got home last friday (the 12th) AND my Grandpa passed away.. :( Such a sad LOSS for our family.. I know he is in a better place, and is healthy and happy.. but oh it is so HARD.. he was a WONDERFUL man.. and will be GREATLY missed!

So with all that went on I had no creative time.. THEN yesterday was Justins birthday party.. so finally I think I am caught up.. for the moment.. typing this I realized I FORGOT Thanksgiving cards.. ugh~ I guess I am not caught up! LOL!!

and YES it is SNOWING.. wahhhh NOT READY for that!

Papertrey Princesses Challenge!

Hello!! First of a big SORRY to my bloggy group for being behind in sharing my challenge.. and THANKS to Diane for the gentle reminder! :)

So it is my week to issue a challenge to our PTI blog group!! Gonna give you girls and EASY one! :) A color combo.. with a twist! If you want to do the twist!!
Color combo is this- Red/White or Cream/and Brown!
The Twist.. Alter something you would normally throw away!!

Here is my take on the challenge! Before this was a can of pineapple destine for the recycling bin! BUT I cleaned it, took off the bottom so I can fill it with treats! :) and altered it!!!

Happy Veterns Day.. and a Card Share!

HAPPY VETERANS DAY!! and a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL MILITARY, (past, and present) and their FAMILIES!! I tell ya Steve has been gone 5 days now for work.. comes home tomorrow.. I dont know HOW others do it.. I am going CRAZY... :) Ok not CRAZY.. but well a little CRAZY! I am honest I can admit it! LOL!!! :)

Anyway.. so EXCITED for tomorrow.. CK convention with some friends, and my hubby coming home!!!

I have a card to share with ya! I made it for my Aunties anniversary (and uncle of course! LOL!) I hope she likes it. I had no idea what I was making.. just stated.. I like how it turned out.. in hind site.. I may have changed the flourish.. BUT I was late getting it mailed so it had to stay!!

All supplies but the pearls are from PTI.. and YEAH for copics.. I couldnt find my Summer Sunrise buttons so I just colored a fine linen one (and my pearls but I do that almost every creation!)! YEAH! LOVE when that works so well! LOL!!

Perfect Presentation Share!

Happy Tuesday... Hope your all having a GREAT week.. ours is going fine.. 3 more sleeps til Hubby/Daddy arrives home.. and we are all EXCITED for that!!

So I have had this box done for a couple days... just needed to make the tag and tie the ribbon around it!

This is one of Leigh Anns FABULOUS templates.. it is such a GREAT size box for treats, and little gifts.. at the moment I have nothing in it.. BUT when I do I will show you! :)

This was such a FUN , and EASY template to put together.. I used the PDF file .. because well cricut is upstairs and the computer is downstairs!! and I am LAZY and didnt want to walk her down! HA! So I printed it on white paper, and used that for my pattern.. it really went together fast.. and I WILL be making more! :) I may even walk cricut down for them!

Well as alot of you know my hubby is off on a 6 day Biz. trip to London and Germany.. this is the LONGEST we have been apart.. I am TRYING to survive.. I dont know how military families, or families that someone has to travel all the time do it.. I am not liking it.. ANYWAY..

I plan on creating lots.. oh I mean CLEANING lots the next couple days! ;) Wanted to share just this today.. they arrived at my door... from my sweet hubby to the kiddos and I.. SIGH.. He SPOILS us.. even from London! I miss him like crazy!!

I know it isnt a creative share.. BUT I did alter it at picnik that counts right.. SORRY.. just missing him... and wanted to share a little something today.. I am gonna FINISH a box I am working on.. so maybe I will have 2 posts today..

I am off now for lunch with a friend.. then I plan on CREATING.. and tonite I am gonna have myself a little blog hop so be ready friends I am stopping by and catching up!.. to fill the hours without my hubby!

This snowflake is my FAVORITE shape in Accent Essentials and I made up a few of them this week.. with LOTS of glitter! I THINK I was able to catch it on film!!! I am gonna be making MORE of these cuties.. just giving you fair warning.. they maybe all over the bloggy this year! LOL!

Happy Wednesday!! It is so BEAUTIFUL here today!! and YEAH good news my boys are feeling better! Both Steve and Justin werent feeling so hot this week! Yesterday Justin stayed home from school.. so I being the NICE KIND Mom that I am .. didnt want to wake him by cleaning while he napped.. so I hid in my craft room.. wasnt that NICE of me! :)

I LOVE any stamp that works with the nesties.. so when I saw these that Claire designed.. I had to have them.. and the nesties too! ;) and I ADORED the holiday sentiment stamp set from last release.. so I combined the 2! I WISH you could see IRL it is so sparkly .. but it doesnt show much on film..

Xmas Tag!

Weekend Photo Shares!

Happy Tuesday!!! We had a FABULOUS time on our little get away weekend!!! Got to spend time with Larry, Kimmie and Allybug.. didnt have to share them with anyone but US! :)

Kimmie and I had BIG creative plans.. um they didnt work out so well ! BUT we got to get a little creative.. I wont even say how little! :) hee hee! I heard at the store there were 8 scrappy gals up there.. hmm if we had known we would have crashed their party! HA!

So the house was AMAZING we all rented.. right on the water.. hot tub.. decorated so CUTE!!
Leavenworth was PACKED full of people! (it was the last weekend of Oktoberfest!) and today on the way home we went to the pumpkin farm.. so CUTE! I took so many photos!!

Now on to creative shares! Speaking of templates! :) You know the CUTE mini pizza box I shared below.. well I saw on the directions page it had a mini version of the mini pizza box! SOOO I made it up.. AND another mini pizza box.. I put them side by side so you can see how they compare!

I used PTIs tiny treats.. over in the PTI forum I started a fun little challenge.. we picked 3 sets and you can create whatever you want with them.. then share.. I think it will be FUN to see what people create using the same set.. got this idea from Jennifer McGuire!

Alrighty enough talking!!! Here is what I created for my own challenge! :)

The 2 boxes (tops) You can find how to do that FUN flower HERE! I did my own take on it, and used my border punches for the edges.. AND only used my PTI 8 inch paper.. it still worked.. and I am sooo making MORE!! (I hope everyone wants SMALL gifts for xmas this year! HA! I want to make up boxes for EVERYONE with those flowers on top!! )

Finally inside.. the smaller pizza box held 3 Ghirardellis squares, and 2 Lindt pumpkins with a KEY TAG gift card from starbucks (reg. gift cards are a tad to large!) The larger one held 6 Ghirardellis squares and 3 Lindt pumpkins and a reg. size gift card (can you say TEACHER gifts!! :) - IF Amanda picks this style box of course!)

Happy SUNNY Tuesday.. what a BEAUTIFUL day here for us! LOVING it! Hope it stays awhile!!

First off I want to say THANK YOU so much for the sweet comments for the little Halloween Party... I am a LUCKY Mom to have 2 such GREAT kids.. and I LOVE my girl is so creative.. I mean at 10 she does things I dont even think of! LOL! Wonder where she will be in 10 years! :)

Today I have HALLOWEEN cards to share!! I have so many ideas BREWING in my head I think my family may get different styles this year.. usually I do up just one style but I have sooo many CUTE stamps I want to use! :)

Here is one I made up yesterday used some of my NEW PTI goodness!! Fine Linen, and that YUMMY Sugar Plum PP by Lisa (its NOT just for Xmas is it! LOL!) Then some older PTI.. and then I added a foam bat for fun.. I have so many of these sets.. CLAIMING they are for the kids! HA! I LOVE them!! I thought it finished if off just right! :)
Next up I was in a Fall Swap over at PTI~ (THANKS Ted for putting it together)
Here is the card I sent off- to Pat... I was gonna link her blog but I didnt see it in her siggy!

I used my large scallop on it.. I think it is a bit hard to tell.. I just so LOVE that look... I think the black and white stars may not have been the right choice for that but I was HAPPY with the card.. that pumpkin just makes me smile! He is all lined with my spica pens.. love a little SPARKLE that it adds!- and of course PEARLS.. you know me... I gotta add 'em!

Here is the DARLING card I got from Caren (no blog in siggy!) isnt it CUTE! Those little monsters are all done with Spicas and so CUTE!! She also included the CUTE set of 4 note cards.. THANKS Caren! LOVED getting HAPPY MAIL!
