So the kiddos and I gave baking a red velvet cake a shot! I had heard alot about them, but never made one! I always seemed to hear a story or 2 how they didnt turn out.. or it took awhile to get it right! Well I just WINGED it ! Made it at 4 pm on Valentines day! and it was YUMMY! We made them in 4 small heart shaped pans. Then after dinner we each decorated our own!! I think this may become a tradition on LOVE Day! YUMMY!! :)
