Little Pumpkin 2!!

HAPPY FRIDAY! Hope you all had a GREAT Week... I was able to create ALOT! It felt GOOD!! 

Remember that little pumpkin jar in the post below?!! Well I cant STOP creating Pumpkins with the cute little Dollar Tree Jars!!! I have created a little vintage one this time! Going to enter some challenges.. they will be listed below all the photos! THANKS if you make it all the way through! LOL!!

 A Quick Peek at Both Little Pumpkins.. I just LOVE that jar can be altered to such different looks!!!

For anyone interested here are the steps to this vintagey pumpkin!!

Basically the same process as orange pumpkin (steps listed in blog post below this one!).. started with the Spray paint by Krylon ColorMaster (paint + primer) in ivory (satin)made for most surfaces..so it says!! Then after that dried light sanding then I use Apple Barrel acrylic paint in Country Tan.. painted it on.. then wiped it off.. did this a couple times.. to get the look I wanted.. then I added streaks with a paint brush of craft smart acrylic paint in Bright Gold.. again wiping it off, repeating until I got the look I wanted.. then to top it off when it was dry I sprayed it with a glitter blast spray paint- Diamond Dust.. Spray Paint Lid with brown and for this little cutie I made a stem with clay (baked it.. hot glued it on the top!) Added my lace all the way around the lid.. added my bow, tag and trinket pins.. and done!

Little Pumpkin!!!

HELLLOOOO!! Happy Wednesday! Hope your all having a GREAT week!! All is well here! Been creating up a STORM here and LOVING every minute of it!! My house is a mess but that is ok! RIGHT! HA HA!! :)

So I found these CUTE little jars at the Dollar Tree.. if you dont know this yet.. I am ADDICTED to that store these days.. you can find some TREASURES in there for you guessed it only $1!! I bought 30 items there came to $33.. bought 30 items at Michael's and well it DID NOT come to $33! HA HA!!

The minute I saw these jars I thought PUMPKINS! I have since went back to get MORE! ;) and now I want even MORE! HA HA!

Here is my Little Pumpkin.. entering some challenges.. they are listed below all the pics! :) 
Spray Painted a coat of Ivory first.. then painted acrylic orange paint.. a little sanding.. green spray paint on the lid added a junk bow and tag.. and it is done! :)

Good Morning!! Hope you all had a GREAT week and WONDERFUL Weekend!! I was without a computer for 2 days. (ours crashed!) BOO!! Happy Halloween!!

Warning LONG POST with Photos! :) 

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! Hope you all had a GREAT week and have a FUN and SAFE Halloween!!  This is the first year I have no kids going out.. they still gotta trick or treat here for me!! (they will for the candy! ;) and because they LOVE me! HA HA!) 1 is off to a party.. the other is gonna hang out here!! I plan to open the door and see all the CUTE and SCARY costumes!!

Ok enough chit chat!! I have a couple Halloween Shares for ya!! First up is a version of the Halloween card I sent.. I actually sent a few this year, different styles.. I had PLANS for them to be the same but then this came to my head so I had to start over and make these up! ;) (yes I do this sometimes!! put me behind but thats ok!!)

Before I go I wanted to share a treat box I made for our neighbors for Halloween!!! Used the Captured Card Case from PTI.. added a die cut window (my first time of doing that and I LOVED the look.. will try again!)

 Inside- This was a new recipe to me and we all LOVED it!! Will make again!!

EEK! Happy Halloween Share!!

Happy Tuesday!! Hope your having a GREAT week!! I have been carving out some CREATIVE time.. and by that I mean IGNORING my house cleaning and laundry chores! :)

I bought this CUTE Sherri Baldy image (Spider Ella)  LAST Year!!! FINALLY I took the time to color her up!! Used some tips from the color class (Copics Marker Class For Card Makers!) I took, that white pen trick SAVES me ALOT!!! I just think she is so CUTE! SOOOO CUTE in fact I am KEEPING HER! HA HA!! She will go sit right on my mantle!! :)

Merry Christmas Jar Share!

Happy SUNNY Thursday!! Hope you're all having a GREAT week!! 

I had time to play along with this weeks MIM on Nicoles Blog...(if you know me you know I LOVE anything to do with Jars! Boxes, Bags.. etc... etc.. ha ha!!) I have a FEW of them running in my head now! So that was a warning you maybe seeing MORE! ;)

Here is the jar I created! I really wanted it to sparkle! So after I did coats of green and white paint I used my glitter spray paint over it! (need to replace this with the holidays upon us!) I then STAMPED it with my distressed stripes stamps from PTI and added embossing powder and head embossed so it would stay on! .. that is the GREAT thing about acrylic stamps you can bend them anyway you want.. so for the stripes I used NO block.. just my hand to gently lay them down and press.. I was happy with them!!! Then I added the FUN big tulle bow and embellies!!

Happy Sunday! I hope you all had a GREAT week!! We sure did, the weather has been AMAZING! I celebrated my 20th Wedding Anniversary!!! Spent a FUN FILLED Family day in Seattle!!! Now I am hiding in my crafty space while my hubby watches football (GO SEAHAWKS), the kids are reading and or doing homework.. a perfect day here in the Johnson house! :) 

I LOVED the sketch at Fusion.. so I used it for inspiration on this Thank You Card! :) Here is my card, and challenges listed below! :)

I just LOVE tissue paper flowers (ok I LOVE ALL Flowers! ;) ) but had a tissue flower in my head so I created this one with tissue paper,3 different glimmer mist, some inking and alot of scrunching! :) My newest OBSESSION are the CUTE Stamens for the flower centers! I found them HERE at this cute etsy store.. I had to buy a FEW colors! ;) The leaves are Maya Roads Leaf Trinket Pins I cut down, and of course a fun SWIRL (MFT  die) finishes it off!
