Happy Thanksgiving... Enjoy!!

Good Wednesday Morning!!! Hope your all having a GREAT week!!! :) Can you BELIEVE in only 2 weeks and 1 day it will be Thanksgiving Day AND in 6 weeks.. Christmas Day?  I personally CAN NOT!! Time is flying!! and mix in there my son will turn 17.. I need life to SLOW down a bit! LOL!!

I have a share for you today!! I really LOVED the Shabby Tea Rooms Challenge this week.... so I wanted to play along.. I usually always give my Mama some pumpkin bread for Thanksgiving when she comes down.. AND I like to purty it up! WELL this year.. I did it a bit more then usual! BUT it is for my Mama.. so here it is .. (MOM do not look any farther! HA HA!)

 

NOW this bread isnt the one my Mama will get.. she usually gets THIS one (YUM!) but I carefully unwrapped the wrapping so I Can use it for her bread! and my family HAPPILY ate this Pumpkin Bread with mini choc. chips!!  

I actually stitched on the wax paper, and I gotta say I LOVE that idea.. I had seen on pinterest how to make your own bags like that.. so I decided to try it for the wrap.. I can see BAGS in my future! HA HA!!

For my chalkboard technique I actually used my chalks on the image.. and really like how it turned out!! AND for the baking part.. well homemade baked bread.. I HOPE it counts!! :)

PTI BLOG HOP!!!

 

HAPPY PTI BLOG HOP DAY!!! Oh how I LOVE that day each month!! Even if I cant play along I can LOOK the inspiration is ALWAYS off the hook!! :)

Well this month I did get to play along! I LOVED this months challenge-

WRAPPING IT UP!!!

My FAVORITE thing to do.. wrap up gifts all pretty! Every year I say I am gonna do that more often.. and every year I DO NOT! NOT this year!! Looky 2 made already and it is only Sept! (now dont come ask me how many I have done come Dec. lets just be HAPPY with now I am AHEAD of the holiday game! ;)  

 My first goodie is done using one of the tins from PTI added some felt I cut, and die cut! Topped it with a BIG snowflake that is 9 layers counting the bling snowflake!! I like when I die cut my dies to use wax paper between them (a trick from the forum I saw) well I use it even for my large ones and this time I USED that part in my big snowflake.. I like how it looks.. gonna be saving more wax paper cut outs now!!!

Next up I made up this CUTE little box.. Found the idea from Pinterest! HERE is the box.. BUT HERE are the directions to make it! It was EASY PEASY!! I plan to make a few more!! NOT 100% sure on that little holly on the tag.. you cant really tell in the photo it is there, and the color is different.. hmmm may change that!

ANYWAY!! I made the box, covered it in some fabric I got.. added ribbon, lace, bow, bling and a tag!! All ready to fill!
