Grateful For You!

Hello.. Happy Monday and Happy Veterans Day.. A big THANK YOU to all our vets, past , present and future, and their families!!!! I hope you all had a FABULOUS weekend! We sure did.. we had no plans! (I LOVE those kind) it was the last weekend of no plans til the New Year now!! Oh my!! 

So I was looking back at my little blog.. WOW I was bad this year on posting.. it was fun to read over posts from the previous years, so from today on I PLAN to do better and it will be so HELPFUL when I find some scrappy time!! 

Ok enough chatter!! I have a card for ya! :) It is for my color challenge at Scrappin Mojo.. and I am gonna enter a few more challenges! (listed below card)

 

I was making some scrunch ribbon last week and figured  out when I spray my glimmer mist I should spray it over tissue.. so I did.. and now I have some FUN tissue colors! 

So I whipped up this purple flower!! :)

I WISH you could see the embossed paper, it is all glimmer misty.. but that is so hard to capture on film.. so your gonna have to TRUST me! HA HA!!

Teen Valentine Share!!!

HAPPY THURSDAY!!  I hope your all having a GREAT week!!!! :) I am READY for the weekend.. well almost got a few things to do.. then I will be! I am gonna be on a VALENTINE creative mission!! LOTS to finish up!! I have so many ideas.. I need to just STOP and get them done! HA!

So today I am sharing my Valentine I made for THE TEEN!! He is 16.. and you know I cant go to GIRLY!! (I am pretty sure he doesnt read my blog.. JUSTIN if you are leave now.. dont look!! Ha!)

I played along with the MIM at PTI this week!!

I used the Favorite It Box #2 Die.. Cut it 2 times in Aqua Mist, then for the front I cut it again in Pure Poppy, Stamped the red layer with Polka Dot Basics, in Pure Poppy.. Then I cut it in white.. stamped the front with Back Ground Basics : Hearts and cut a heart in the center with the Limited Layers: Heart Dies.. Inked all the edges, layered them all up , outlined my negative heart image with my black pen, little stitching and VIOLA!!! a FUN little not to GIRLY (I HOPE) Valentine .. I LOVE the look of the negative image with the die.. I have MORE ideas!! First VALENTINES.. then I am FREE!!!
