Happy SUNNY Thursday!! Hope you're all having a GREAT week!!
I had time to play along with this weeks MIM on Nicoles Blog...(if you know me you know I LOVE anything to do with Jars! Boxes, Bags.. etc... etc.. ha ha!!) I have a FEW of them running in my head now! So that was a warning you maybe seeing MORE! ;)
Here is the jar I created! I really wanted it to sparkle! So after I did coats of green and white paint I used my glitter spray paint over it! (need to replace this with the holidays upon us!) I then STAMPED it with my distressed stripes stamps from PTI and added embossing powder and head embossed so it would stay on! .. that is the GREAT thing about acrylic stamps you can bend them anyway you want.. so for the stripes I used NO block.. just my hand to gently lay them down and press.. I was happy with them!!! Then I added the FUN big tulle bow and embellies!!
Just some different shots of the jar and bow!!!

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful green! The glitter adds so much to the decor - the bow and bells [and even that tiny heart which fits our optional twist so wonderfully] - all come together for a great outcome. I'm glad you are sharing your project & creativity at our house Bethie!
