Did you pick a word of the year for yourself?? I did.. it s FOCUS!! I really want to FOCUS of course on the IMPORTANT things.. but I want to break it down to smaller things too.. Focus on my workouts, Focus on Clean Eating, Focus on Organizing, Focus on QUALITY family time! Well you get the idea! SO to help me stay on track I altered this composition book to track my progress.. would LOVE to do it daily.. but we will see..
