I played along at a Cyber Crop...at Scrappin Mojo.. had so much FUN! got a few things done!!! This challenge was to use a pocked.. I whipped up this card!!! Challenges are listed below!
On my hunt I have been TRYING to make better snacks.. been reading alot about Kale Chips.. SO I gave them a try! There are ALOT of recipes out there.. for these I just tossed them with 1 TEASPOON of olive oil.. and some sea salt and garlic I have.. I cook them at 300.. for 4 minutes.. toss.. 4 more minutes toss.. 2 minutes.. toss.. 2 more minutes toss.. I tried them at 350 and they burned.. they cook fast.. so that is why I do the smaller cooking times!!! NOW do they taste like chips.. NO .. are they good.. YES!! Even my TEEN liked them! and Helloo you can eat the WHOLE batch without guilt! :)

ReplyDeleteI also made kale chips and I loved them. They satisfy the crunch. Many people look at me crazy when I ask them to try one. I went and looked on the Gracious Pantry which led me to another website. Found some fun stuff to cook!! Thanks for sharing that info.
