Happy NSD.. (I wish I was scrappen! Next year!)
Ok are you tired of all my posts this weekend! LOL!! I wanted to share a little something Amanda and I made for her friend, Amanda colored her, and I made the box!... you KNOW I LOVE Lauren's templates I use them ALL THE TIME!! :) We wanted to make Amandas friend a cute little box for her birthday.. and Amanda wanted to us Lily at the beach .. so we did just that! :) What do you think?? I think it turned out pretty cute.. and think I NEED to make one for my sweet girl... she never complains when we give the goodies away we make.. but I know she wants one too! :) So for a surprise I will make her one too! shhh dont tell!
Ok some photos.. then tell ya what I did! :)
Top View-
Side View- (you know I LOVE that apron lace border punch.. cant stop using it!!)
Now are you wondering what is in it?? :) A cutie pie Build A Bear bikini! :)
Supplies-CS, PP, Ink, Button and stamp all PTI and the CUTE stamp Lily is from Pink Cat Studios, punches Martha Stewart (tag) , and Fiskars (border)
and of course STICKLES all over, lily and the shell!! (I LOVE them too!) For the shell I used my OLD OLD print program and printed the shell.. then cut it out of Spring Rain CS.. creased it and stickled! :)
Speaking of Pink Cat Studio... LOOKY HERE!!! I was super excited Melissa put Amandas birthday card on her blog! THANKS MELISSA!!!
Now lets see... what else.. Oh you see that string on my button and tied in the tag.. helloooo white embroider floss.. I colored with my copics... to match! (thanks Lauren for the idea!) I knew about coloring the pearls and rhinestones, but NEVER thought to color my thread, ribbon or flowers (paint yes.. but color with copics or sharpies.. LOVE that idea!) Ok I found the blog link HERE it is!
Ok that is all I have for the moment! Amanda and I need to get the birthday card together and I need to get busy on my stuff for teacher appreciation week next week! THANKS for stopping by! Have a GREAT weekend!!!
